When Mike Solomonov hit the kitchen, accompanied by other renowned American chefs, we were inspired by the dynamic flow, rich flavors and culinary expertise in front of us.

They entered the posh Tel Aviv kitchen space with a mission: to prepare a luxurious meal filled with the flavors of Israel in order to commemorate the life of Solomonov’s late brother. They succeeded- the meal was lush, fresh, rich, flavorful and just as dynamic as the chefs who created it. It was fun to watch them and to help prep this special meal.
