Delicious Israel’s personalized walking, travel and cooking tours introduce traveling foodies and culture-seekers to authentic Israeli lifestyle. On our tantalizingly tasty adventures, we hear from the brothers running a third-generation Turkish family-owned deli on Levinsky Street, we taste shakshuka at a private Yemenite home nestled next to Shuk HaCarmel, and we learn about the origins of different spices from the immigrants who brought them to Israel. We introduce travelers to Israel at its purest, and most Delicious.
About The Delicious Role
Delicious Israel is in search of adding passionate, Israeli food-loving gurus to our expert team of guides. Providing informative, engaging and Delicious tours in the markets in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, your enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism will be the main takeaways that will leave our clients with lasting impressions, in addition to the tasty food.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Leading Delicious Israel’s tours through the markets, cities, and sometimes beyond.
Providing top notch customer service to all clients during the tours.
Speaking confidently and knowledgeably about the food and historical aspects of the tours.
Tracking all expenses and submitting receipts in a timely manner.
About You

Majorly tuned into the Israeli food scene and happy to geek out about the details of every food.
Positive energy: you are genuinely excited about what Delicious Israel has to offer and about your role in sharing your knowledge and passion for authentic Israeli cuisine with others.
Customer service-oriented: we take pride in treating our guests like friends or family visiting from abroad. Thoughtful service is key to our brand.
Native English & conversational Hebrew skills.
Assertive and professional: able to get what we need from our Israeli vendors/partners.
This role is a freelance role and our tours are currently in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
